Jeff Cory, Founder & President
Jeff Cory, CFP, CTFA is a Registered Fiduciary and has been a champion for senior adults for nearly three decades. Jeff, author of the book “Super Aging: Outsmart the Effects of Conventional Aging and Live Like You are Decades Younger” understands the personal, financial, health, and psychological facets of aging like few others. He has served hundreds of individuals as a fiduciary including as a Durable Power of Attorney, Designation of Healthcare Surrogate, Personal Representative, and Trustee.
Jeff has earned professional designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). He is married to his wife Hina, and together they have four wonderful children. Jeff enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and playing golf with his wife.
Graham Cory, Trust & Estate Administration
Graham Cory brings over a decade of experience in finance, public accounting, not-for-profit accounting, and tax to his work with clients across a wide range of industries.
Graham’s career began at Deloitte, where he provided accounting services to Fortune 500 companies in the commercial banking and real estate industries. Currently, in addition to his work with Promise Fiduciary, he leads financial operations for over 20 skilled nursing facilities.
Highly motivated and caring, Graham leverages his extensive financial expertise and love for serving seniors to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Angela and their dog, Franklin and is active in his church.
Roger Chen, Licensed Professional Guardian
Roger Chen, MBA, MSW, LBC, is a licensed professional guardian and seasoned healthcare executive who brings over 30 years of experience to his role as a trusted fiduciary and financial steward. With a deep understanding of the complexities of aging, healthcare systems, and client advocacy, Roger provides compassionate, ethical guidance to individuals navigating life’s most sensitive transitions.
Roger has held senior leadership roles across hospitals, public health systems, and private enterprises—including serving as Vice President of Organizational Transformation at Lee Health and Associate Vice President at the Healthcare District of Palm Beach County. In these roles, he led enterprise-wide initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, streamline operations, and implement large-scale technology solutions. His work has consistently focused on enhancing quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.
He holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and healthcare quality, and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work to further support aging and vulnerable populations. A devoted father of three, Roger finds balance and inspiration fishing in some of the world’s most remote and beautiful waters
Jana Horvath, Director of Client Relations
Jana Horvath serves as the Director of Client Relations at Promise Fiduciary, where she is passionate about providing outstanding personal services to those we serve. Jana was born in Florida and has been a resident of Fort Myers for 35 years. Her professional background includes leadership roles serving at Barkley Place Retirement Community and Connection Point Early Learning Center.
Jana is an active volunteer in the Lee County community, serving on boards at Fort Myers High School, Cypress Lake Middle School and Tanglewood Elementary School. She’s also volunteered/worked at local non-profits to include Big Brother’s Big Sister’s, Fort Myers American Little League, and Valerie’s House. Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida, where she met her husband, Mike Horvath in 2001. Together, they have two beautiful children, Lucy and Amelia. In her free time, Jana enjoys vacations with her family, reading a good book, playing both tennis and volleyball, and remaining active in her community and at her church.
GINNY YATES, Professional Guardian
“Call me Ginny”. I was raised in Miami and moved to Cape Coral in the late seventies with my then three small sons. Started my banking career that lasted over 30 years and retired from Bank of America in 2006. Not ready to retire joined MNMW managing the Elder Services program and in 2009 added being a Professional Florida Guardian to my agenda. To date I continue as a professional guardian.
My volunteer activities are associated with the Florida State Guardianship Association and in affordable housing with the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County. I like to say I am not old but “ I Am Aging To Perfection!”
Mary Ann Watt, Office Administrator
Originally from Wisconsin, Mary Ann graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Hospitality Management. She served many years as the Executive Assistant to the President at Camp Luther, a year-round Christian camp in Three Lakes, Wisconsin before moving to Southwest Florida. Mary Ann served on the special events team at the Lee Health Foundation for the past five years. Mary Ann and her husband, Kim reside in Cape Coral.
RANDY WOODS, Client Services
Randy has devoted his career to church ministry and serving senior adults. In 2017, Randy retired from full-time ministry after over 30 years as a church musician, including the last 17 years as the Minister of Worship & Music at The Village Church at Shell Point. Randy recently served as a sales consultant at Fort Myers Florist and a tour manager for Isings Travel. Outside of work, Randy enjoys music, entertaining friends, and traveling with his wife, Karen.

To name us as a fiduciary in your estate planning documents, we suggest the following language: “I/we appoint Jeffrey G. Cory, in his personal capacity as President of Promise Fiduciary LLC, or if he is unable to serve, the acting President of Promise Fiduciary, LLC.”
